It also comes with an additional number of buttons which simplifies user navigation and respective operational functions such as speed dial, BLF/BLA, call forwarding, transfer and hold. This expansion module is highly recommended for the receptionists as well as the contact center workers who are in need of monitoring and handling a large volume of calls in daily tasks and operations.
