Poly MDA524 QD is a smart audio processor for Poly 4-pin QD (Quick Disconnect) headsets. MDA524 QD improves customer service by letting call agents switch between calls from desk phone and smartphone with the press of a button. The agent can keep using the same headset. On top of that, MDA524 QD offers enhanced audio channel mixing and call analytics using Poly Manager Pro (available separately).
MDA524 QD connects to headset, desk phone, and computer using standard cables. The user then switches between audio sources using the intuitive buttons: volume, mute, and call control. The MDA524 QD connects to a computer either via USB-A or USB-C
