Our Pledge: Orders received and confirmed by 4pm Eastern Time will ship the same business day. If we can't ship your entire order we will advise you right away. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday will ship on the next business day.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders $500.00 and over in the lower 48 States on most our Avaya, Nortel, Plantronics and Polycom products when you order on-line. Need it faster? We pass our low FedEx Air Shipping rates on to you.

We use Federal Express and UPS for domestic shipping as follows:

in 1-6 business days

FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery
by 10:30am the next business day in most areas of the country

FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery
by 4:30pm the next business day in most areas of the country

FedEx Economy 2 Day Delivery
by 4:30pm the 2nd business day

International Orders: Payment by wire transfer is required prior to the order shipping. Click here for our wire transfer information. Orders ship 48 hours after the receipt of the wire transfer. We use Federal Express for our International Shipments. Any duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
