The Avaya IP 4622SW Phone has been specifically designed for use in high demand, busy call center or contact center environments. Modeled after the 4621SW phone, this 4622 SW IP model offers an array of feature buttons as well as the same great backlit display. The 4622SW includes two headset jacks for convenience and has eliminated components not required in a busy call center environment. However, if the user prefers a handset, just plug one into one of the available headset jacks. Every desk in the call center needs to have an Avaya IP 4622SW on it!
